Planning guidance—not a bid

Artificial Grass Shopper provides general budgeting and project-planning information. The estimate is not a contractor bid, offer, product specification, installation instruction, engineering opinion, or promise that a local company will perform the work for that amount.

The service is in public beta. We may correct errors, change supported project types, update sources, or temporarily interrupt a feature as we test and improve it. Do not use the site as the only basis for a purchase, contract, financing decision, safety decision, or construction decision.

Use of the service is voluntary. You are responsible for the answers, measurements, and contact information you submit and for having permission to evaluate the property shown on the map.

Verify the property and proposal

Satellite measurements and manually entered dimensions are planning aids. Confirm the site, measurements, drainage, utilities, permits, materials, warranty, and complete scope with qualified local professionals before ordering or beginning work.

Address suggestions and Census matches help position the map; they do not certify ownership, boundaries, legal parcels, postal deliverability, utilities, or survey accuracy. Satellite imagery may be dated or visually offset. Confirm the correct property before drawing an area.

Prices change

Prices and source pages change. Every estimate identifies its catalog version and should be treated as a snapshot, not a permanent price.

A normal planning range covers ordinary uncertainty in the facts you provided. It cannot predict concealed conditions, unusual access, permitting decisions, taxes, product availability, contractor minimums, or a particular company’s selling price unless the estimate expressly includes them.

Advertising stays separate

Businesses labeled “Sponsored listing” paid for placement. A paid placement is advertising, not an endorsement, contractor selection, guarantee, or statement about the quality of future work. Sponsorship does not change the estimate or project guidance. Review any business, license, insurance, references, proposal, and contract yourself before hiring or purchasing.

Seeing or clicking an advertisement does not authorize data sharing. A named-business introduction, if offered, requires a separate selection and consent that identifies the intended recipient. Artificial Grass Shopper is not a party to a homeowner’s later proposal, contract, payment, installation, warranty, or dispute with a business.

Current beta boundary

The public beta provides a complete-project planning range for the supported project types. The more granular national component plan is still under private publication review and is not a public feature. Public features and their current limitations are described on screen; private-review tools are not promises of future availability.
